He grew Thomson Financial’s Investext/MarkIntel unit from $30 million to $90 million in six years and Fair Disclosure Financial Network from zero to $3 million in 18 months. McGovern has in-depth knowledge of many segments of the business information industry including all types of News, Magazines and Business and Trade Journals, Analysts Research, Market Research, M&A transactions, IPOs, Secondary Offerings, Joint Ventures, Syndicated Loans, Venture Capital/Private Equity funding, Institutional Ownership and Insurance Industry information.
